• Seating Options: Chairs and alternative seating arrangements available for all activities
• Movement Modifications: All physical activities can be adapted for different mobility levels
• Rest Areas: Quiet spaces available for participants who need breaks

Sensory Considerations

• Sound Management: Volume levels kept comfortable; noise-cancelling headphones welcome
• Lighting: Adjustable lighting when possible; participants may wear sunglasses if needed
• Sensory Breaks: Regular breaks and quiet spaces for sensory regulation
• Visual Supports: Written instructions and visual cues provided alongside verbal directions

Communication Support

• ASL Interpretation: Available upon request with advance notice
• Written Materials: Large print and digital formats available
• Multiple Communication Methods: Visual, verbal, and written instructions provided
• Pace Flexibility: Activities adapted to different processing speeds

We believe everyone can participate in fun practice! Our facilitators are trained to:
