Physical Accessibility
- Venue Selection: We choose venues that are wheelchair accessible with ramps, elevators, and accessible washrooms
- Seating Options: Chairs and alternative seating arrangements available for all activities
- Movement Modifications: All physical activities can be adapted for different mobility levels
- Rest Areas: Quiet spaces available for participants who need breaks
Sensory Considerations
- Sound Management: Volume levels kept comfortable; noise-cancelling headphones welcome
- Lighting: Adjustable lighting when possible; participants may wear sunglasses if needed
- Sensory Breaks: Regular breaks and quiet spaces for sensory regulation
- Visual Supports: Written instructions and visual cues provided alongside verbal directions
Communication Support
- ASL Interpretation: Available upon request with advance notice
- Written Materials: Large print and digital formats available
- Multiple Communication Methods: Visual, verbal, and written instructions provided
- Pace Flexibility: Activities adapted to different processing speeds

- Day-of Support: Our facilitators can make real-time adjustments

- No Additional Cost: Accessibility accommodations are provided at no extra charge
